Our First Christmas as a family of four was wonderful and the kids seemed to enjoy every minute! Alec even went to see Santa 3 times! He wanted to be certain Santa knew he wanted a Dune Racer! We spent Christmas Eve with Dustin's family at his mom's house and my family came to our house for Christmas Day lunch.

Dirty Santa
We always play Dirty Santa on Christmas Eve in Ellisville. This year, Nana opened a soft throw as one of the gifts. Several people tried to "steal" it from Nana but Alec was having NO part of that and fiercly protected Nana's blanket!! He was in charge of fetching gifts if someone wanted to "steal" or open a new one. Any time someone wanted to steal Nana's blanket, he wouldn't let them! He was so sweet protecting Nana's gift!
Santa even left Alec a sweet note when he finished his cookies!
This is how we found him Christmas morning. He didn't even come to wake us! We heard little noises and he was playing with this cool parking garage that Santa left!
