We LOVE Christmas!!

Christmas is by far my favorite time of the year and it just keeps getting better the older the kids get!  Alec made a little project at school yesterday and had to fill in what he wanted for Christmas.  It said, "I want a 4 welr for Christmas!"  LOVE IT!!  Hopefully he'll stay on Santa's good list!!

We set up the camera stand and did a couple spur of the minute self portraits for our Christmas card, and what do you know, they turned out really cute!!

Every little boy needs to learn how to shoot a bb gun!  Dad's was a little large and now he's added a bb gun to the "4 wler" on his Christmas list also!

Sister LOVES the Santa in my kitchen!  It looks just like one my Mamaw had in her kitchen for years!

 

We also had lots of fun at dad's work Christmas party!!  It's always fun to see my soldier in his dress uniform!  So, sister is at the "CHEESE" stage and it's a little hard to get a cute smile...

So sister wasn't into Santa at the Christmas party and would only speak a little to Mrs. Clause!

But, after she opened her "Rio" movie they brought her, she ran back up to say thanks, then SPRINTED back away from them!

There were even three fun balloon animal making clowns at the party!!  Kaleigh was terrified but Alec and Caroline loved them!

Alec, Kara and Kaleigh watching our tree get bagged up.  Take note of the brick cinder blocks holding up these boards, we'll let me tell you, two sweet innocent little GIRLS may have crumbled them to pieces a few minutes after this picture!!    Yes, there was some loud crashing and embarrassed moms!!

We even saw Riley and asked if they wanted to pick out a tree for us to help them carry home too!  I'm sure Anna was thrilled with this offer!! ha!! But now we all have live (dead) trees! We'll have to go back to Thomley's next year, as my tree stopped drinking water they day after we brought it home!!  Hoping it'll last two more weeks without catching fire!!

The traditional figgy pudding after  hanging of the greens at church!  Alec got to help hang the garland and played handbells, but somehow I didn't get pictures of that!

And of course, Jedo is back this year!!  He's been on his best behavior and even brought the kids Christmas pjs yesterday morning!!
