After an almost constant ear infection for the past couple of months and the fact that Kaleigh is 8 months old and has probably only slept through the night 10 or 15 times in her life, the ENT recommend that she get tubes. So this morning, bright and early, we headed to the Lowery Woodall Center to get her fixed up! For such an early morning after a pretty long night, she sure was a happy little angel!

She was only gone from us for 15 minutes for the surgery. We heard her from the back as soon as they woke her up, she was one unhappy little booger. It took us a little while to get her happy but once she figured out I had a blueberry muffin and some juice for her, she perked up pretty quickly! We were home by 9am and she was already feeling good and ready to play! Dr. Hammett said she had lots of thick fluid behind her ears that drained out, so hopefully we'll all have a good night tonight! She's had a good morning so far, ate a big lunch and is taking a long nap, so she must be feeling better!
