Butterfly Birthday Party

Kaleigh turned two on June 2nd and we had a super cute Butterfly Birthday Party the Saturday before memorial day at the Park in Sumrall.

Mom was POOPED but we even had an afterparty for several hours at home! ha!  More friends and neighbors and the blow up pool made for tons of fun!

Finally about 6:30, she couldn't make it anymore and fell asleep sitting outside with Dad!

We love our sweet Kaleigh and are so blessed to have a little girl in the family!  She's such a fiesty little booger and knows how to get her way the majority of the time....  She's got long blond curls and is pretty small for her age.  She's super close to being potty trained, if only I could get her teacher to jump on board....  She wears panties alot at home but has to wear pulls ups to school until she moves up to the two year old room in August.  She loves to sing and starts shaking her booty everytime she hears music!  She can sing her ABCs and count to ten.  Alec loves to play hide and seek with her so she gets LOTS of counting practice!  It's almost always his turn to hide!  She loves Alec, as long as he's doing what she wants him to do.  ;)  Anything outside is her favorite activity!  Jetskiing, playing on the swingset, playing in sand and riding on the power wheels with Alec are just a few of her favorite things!  She is a wonderful eater and eats anything, anytime, anywhere!  She'll do just about anything for a piece of candy or gum (that's probably why shes doing so good on the potty, she knows it means a treat!).  She loves the dog, a little too much in his opinion!!
